PAYMENT TERMS:

ZIP4x4Store.com wants to make your purchasing experience as easy and hassle free as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as payment. We also accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Universities, Government Agency and Fortune 500 Companies.

RETURN POLICIES:

Electronic equipment from time to time breaks down during regular use or arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival). We try to explain our policies in detail to avoid surprises and keep our customers happy. We strive to make these rare occurrences as painless as possible, but there are a few things you can do to help. Always save the original packaging. This ensures that if you must ship a product back for repair, there is a better chance that it will arrive at its destination in good condition. Always double box your shipment for additional protection, Always insure your shipment for the replacement value, and Never write on the original packaging.

DOA POLICY:

If you receive a product DOA (Dead On Arrival) please call 800-884-6945 immediately to report the problem. We will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number that must be included in the return packaging. All products must be returned, freight prepaid, in original packaging with a copy of the RMA form and a copy of the invoice. Once the original product is received we will ship a replacement unit with a new invoice, freight prepaid, to you. When we receive the DOA product we will promptly credit your account or credit card. At the discretion of ZIP4x4Store.com (and providing the product is in stock) we may advance ship a unit to the customer, but a credit card number will be required to insure the original product's prompt return. Any product not returned in original condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of purchase price. If you are a C.O.D customer, we will ship the replacement unit when the DOA product is received.

RETURNS:

If you need to return a product, please call 800-884-6945 within 30 days of ship date for a RMA number. Returned items must be shipped, freight prepaid, in original resalable condition, include all parts, accessories, manuals and must be packed in the original manufacturers packaging. No return products will be accepted without all original packaging. All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and have an RMA number. Restocking fees of up to 20 percent may apply at the discretion of ZIP4x4Store.com. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

SOFTWARE:

Open software can only be exchanged, and cannot be returned for refund or credit.

NOTE:

Zultys phone systems are equipped with a 45 day temporary license. If the system is not paid for within the 45 day period the temporary licenses will be cease and the system will cease to operate.
